We’re hiring! Brewer, Cellar Person, Warehousing/Packaging Operator

We’re looking for new members to join our team!


Acting under the Head Brewer, the Brewer will be responsible for brewing and maintaining scheduled tasks in production. Here, you will use your experience and passion for making beer in a production setting and follow specific procedures to operate the equipment and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. An eye for detail and commitment to excellence will be required to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Job duties will include:
    Preparing grain
    Cleaning fermenters and brite tanks
    Beer transfers
    Carbonation management
    Beer additions
    Quality checks
    General brewery cleaning and sanitization
    Other crossover tasks in brewing, packaging, and warehousing may be required as requested by the Head Brewer and/or Operations Manager
  • Qualifications:
    Technical skills and experience in brewing and brewery cellaring tasks
    A passion for craft beer
    Keen attention for detail
    Excellent communication skills
    An ability to adhere to schedules and follow standard operating procedures
    Enthusiasm for a job well done and an overall positive attitude
    Ability to problem solve and work in an adaptive environment
    Ability to lift up to 60lbs and comfort with ladders

Packaging/Warehousing Operator

The packaging operator will be responsible for packaging beer into kegs bottles and cans; cleaning/maintenance of kegs and equipment, warehousing and organizing inventory, keg deliveries, and general brewery cleaning and sanitization. Training and supervision will be provided in a positive, team-oriented environment.

  • Qualifications:
    Positive attitude and compatible personality for working in a team environment
    Ability to do repetitive and physically demanding tasks
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    Communication skills and ability to follow direction
    WHMIS, Forklift, and First Aid certificates an asset
    Lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
    Class 5 driver’s license is required, special circumstances will be considered.
    Follow standard operating procedures to run bottling line and kegging machine
    Assemble packaging materials
    Warehousing and inventory organization
    Keg deliveries
    Cleaning and sanitization of packaging equipment, and packaging area
    Follow safety protocols and training to ensure a safe working environment

Cellar Person

From grain to glass, beers to soda, the cellar person constantly strives to improve and streamline the brewing process while ensuring the end result leaves people wanting more. This position entails the extremely important first steps to delivering a high-quality final product to the consumer. More than simply being able to effectively replicate recipes, the cellar person strives to be continuously improving the cellaring processes and be aware of industry trends and best practices.

  • Duties include:
    Clean and sanitize tanks, brewery, milling area
    Transfer beer to brite tanks
    Add dry hops/biofine/juice/etc.
    Monitor temperature/gravity
    Prepare grain bills and ingredients
    Organize production area, including equipment, tools, materials, etc.
    Operate keg washer
    Logbook entries and other tracking
    Barrel care (topping up, adding ingredients, taking diagnostic measurements)
    Beer and soda filtering
  • Qualifications:
    Flexibility; must be available for evening and weekend work hours when the cellaring schedule requires
    Experience with brewing preferred
    Must have attention to detail
    Enthusiasm in the workplace and taking pride in a job well done
    Positive attitude and compatible personality for working in a team environment
    Ability to problem solve and work in an adaptive environment
    Good communication skills and ability to stay on schedule
    Knowledge and love of craft beer is an asset
    WHMIS, Forklift, and First Aid certificates an asset
    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
