Barrel ageing in oak chardonnay barrels releases a distinctive oaky characteristic. We added apricot puree into the barrel for an amazing aroma and a nice tartness on the finish. Lactose adds a back sweetness, balancing the flavours and giving it that easy drinking, juicy goodness.
