Sales & Brand Experience Lead – Upstreet Craft Brewing
Location: PEI
Type: Full-Time
About Us
Upstreet is a creative, people-centered beverage company with a mission to bring people together. Whether it’s over a craft beer, a Rewind Cocktail or a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage — our products are designed to create moments that matter.
We’re grounded in community, driven by quality, and focused on building meaningful relationships. Now, we’re looking for someone who shares those values to help grow our presence and represent our brand in bars, restaurants, retail spaces, and events.
The Role
As our Sales & Brand Experience Lead, you’ll be the face of Upstreet in the field – connecting with retail partners, bars and restaurants while bringing our brand to life through activations and events. This is a relationship-first role focused on growing sales, supporting our partners, and helping make sure Upstreet shows up in the best way possible—every time.
What You’ll Do
Build Connections.
- Grow relationships with existing accounts and find new opportunities to collaborate with like-minded businesses.
- Train staff so they’re excited to pour, promote, and talk about our products with confidence.
- Support retail marketing and increase visibility where it counts.
Create Moments That Matter.
- Plan and support brand activations, events, and promotions that bring our products to life.
- Collaborate with retail partners, bars and restaurants to create memorable experiences that boost brand engagement.
- Be the life of the party at festivals, community events, and retail promotions—always spreading that Upstreet vibe.
Fuel the Future.
- Share insights from the front lines to help shape our strategy.
- Spot trends, track performance, and contribute to new product ideas.
- Identify emerging trends and customer needs to proactively adapt our approach.
What You Bring to the Table
We’re not looking for someone who just “does the job.” We’re looking for someone who lives our values:
You accelerate change – You ask questions, seek better ways, and embrace new ideas with curiosity.
You nurture trust – You’re reliable, transparent, and bring respect into every conversation.
You bring joy – You light up rooms, celebrate wins, and find fun in the everyday.
You own your impact – You take pride in your work, your time, and the spaces you share.
You inspire imagination – You push boundaries, solve problems, and believe there’s always a way forward.
Experience-wise, you’ll need:
- A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years experience in sales or customer-facing roles (ideally in beverages, retail, or hospitality)
- Comfort with Word, Excel, Email and other digital tools
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license and the ability to travel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- A flexible schedule that includes evenings/weekends when needed
