Craft Beer Corner, part of Upstreet Craft Brewing, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Assistant Manager. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests and promoting the Upstreet brand.

Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all products offered at Craft Beer Corner
  • Assisting in the training and development of staff
  • Managing inventory and placing orders for supplies
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bar
  • Assisting with on-site and off-site event execution
  • Creating weekly cocktail features
  • Assist with Craft Beer Corner social media including posting stories and photos

Qualifications:

  • Management experience preferred
  • Experience bartending and/or serving
  • Must be 19+ and hold a valid Responsible Beverage Servers license
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of cocktail development and craft beverages is an asset

Working Conditions:

  • Various hours Monday – Sunday (40 hours/week)
  • Some evenings and weekends required
  • Working alone at times
  • Long hours standing
